I'm Samarth Awasthi, and I run Samagra Vikas. I studied civil engineering at Delhi Technological University, and I built The Catalyst to give students a way to actually learn how to communicate, manage themselves, and think clearly — not just pass exams. I run every part of it myself: I teach every session, explain each idea directly, and spend most of the class watching students apply it in real time. I also check in with parents directly through the programme, not just at the start. I've run two batches so far, working with about eleven students in total.
